AKIO deploys its solution in Rail Europe Continental

AKIO deploys its solution at Rail Europe Continentale ; the SNCF(the French national rail operator) subsidiary chose AKIO software to manage its customer relationship via internet.

The configuration includes a dozen of logins, that shall enable to manage inbound emails coming from part of Rail Europe' european clients. It will be hosted in Brussels, where Rail Europe headquarters is based.

Rail Europe Continentale is a wholly owned subsidiary of the SNCF ; it is responsible for the marketing and distributing of SNCF international rail products in continental Europe : Benelux, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Scandinavia and Russia.
