The Region Lorraine has chosen Akio Mail Center to process incoming queries from its toll-free number set up to manage the current economic crisis.
The Lorraine region has launched DILA, a new measure to help companies, associations and local organisations face the financial crisis.
The region has therefore implemented a toll-free number. Agents input the collected data into Web forms designed to qualify calls, according to the caller status.
Each form input generates a file to be processed in Akio Mail Center.
The agents either reply directly to these emails or escalate them to experts.Thanks to this organisation, the Lorraine region can be ensured that all incoming calls are followed up properly while benefiting from Akio Mail Center advanced features regarding response help, statistics etc.
