AKIO is pleased to announce the signature of a leasing contract of its incoming email management solution with the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie 95.

CPAM 95 will manage all the incoming emails flows from its insured and health professional customers, coming from AMELI, the national portal for social security.

Akio Mail Center was chosen following a national bid in order to improve quality of service, integrating internal constraints linked to organisation and external constraints linked to more and more demanding expectations from the Web users.
