Connection
Connection is simple, via a webpage customized in your graphic standard. Customers request a meeting using a form hosted on this page.

Scheduling
The agent emails a Visio number that he/she created beforehand in the application. At the given time, the customer just needs to click to connect to a secure video conference.

Free mode
Using the call center, available agents can instantly start a video conference with a customer who requests one.

Session progress
As soon as the conference is connected, the customer and agent can see and hear one another. They can use a chat window to exchange information. The agent can push links to documents, forms, etc.

Monitoring
All video conference meetings and related statistics can be viewed and exported as tables for improved monitoring of your customer relations.
