Akio Interaction Center is a thin-client software. Compliant with IE and Firefox browsers, the solution doesn’t need any installation on the client workstations. No Java or ActiveX are needed for the application’s use.
Interaction Center’s version 5 is based on the brand new web 2.0 technologies to offer a more interactive and user friendly interface, while reducing the required bandwidth.
A standardized and reliable technology
Akio Interaction Center is based on J2EE standard. The advantages of this open architecture are numerous :
• Easy and flexible deployment

Akio Interaction Center is based on Internet standards to guaranty an easy, long term, and secure integration within your Information System :

The telephony interface enables the implementation of a unique queuing system (media blending) for Customer Service organizations. Like a phone call, any incoming email, fax or chat session enquiry is routed to the available position. This kind of structure is mainly implemented for Call Centers. Akio has developed connectors compliant with the main marketplace ACD.

• Automatic storage of Akios datas on your CRM solution as the single data warehouse,
• Direct access from the Akio interface to client data stored within the CRM solution
EDM/BPM :
Integrating Akio solutions to Electronic Document Management or Business Process Management allows to :
• Offer a single documentary repository to your company by storing Akio’s data in your EDM,
