Customized training and skills transfer


The best software in the world is ineffective without proper training. Akio is dedicated to providing training for all end users, supervisors and administrators. Whether you are an Akio user managing your clients’ emails or you are in charge of the supervision and administration of an entire Akio system, our goal is to make you as productive and efficient as possible.

Training and skills transfer are provided during the implementation of Akio solutions to ensure users can use, manage, and administer the solutions in an optimal fashion.  

User training aims to prepare each user in an optimal operation of our functional solutions

Functional supervisor / administrator training is compulsory for an effective Customer Service or a Call Center management 

Technical administration training is an essential technical skills transfer that allows you to manage technical operations related to our solutions exploitation.

Training sessions can be held in Akio’s office or at the client’s location.
